In 2019/2020 we attended 82 events preventing plastic waste from 237,000 single use water bottles and we can’t wait to continue the trend to ditch the plastic.
How do we ditch the plastic?
Our bespoke mobile hydration stations are equipped with purpose installed drinking water tanks, so that we can easily bring filtered drinking water to the site.
We provide pre-filled reusable cups for participants to quench their thirst. Instead of throwing the cup away when you’re finished, we will take them back so that we can steam wash, dry, and use them again for the next event using circular economy principles. The Co2 savings below include emissions from our van which we are already in the process of replacing with an even more sustainable alternative. No waste and far less Co2. We understand that being environmentally friendly isn’t always enough, therefore we aim to be both environmentally and economically friendly.
We offer different options for your event depending on your budget. We can also provide our own staff or if you have volunteers, we can give them some quick training to assist.
Refill’s innovative hands-free system enables us to deliver water to hundreds of people per minute while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and public safety without the need for single use plastic.
Once you make a booking, all the rest is taken care of by us. We always arrive early & fully prepared, making the event as easy and convenient as possible.

Mobile Hydration Station Rental
In order to keep costs low,we provide the option to rent our cups or our dispensers alone. If you have cups but no access to a mains line, you can rent our tanks, pre-filled with water. We can provide our own staff or if you have volunteers, we can give them some quick training to assist.
